This handmade Argentium Sterling Silver filagree heart is approximately 1-1/2 by 1-1/4 inches and has been oxidized to bring out the character of the filagree.  It is accented with a 6 mm Sapphire CZ and dangles from a 18 inch sterling silver rolo chain.
