The leaf pattern in these Plique-a'-Jour fine silver one inch discs were individual handmade to create open spaces which are then filled with colorful translucent enamel ultimately creating a "stain glass" effect.  The earrings are accented with 3 mm swarovski crystals and suspend from a 4 mm ball ear stud by a few links of sterling silver chain.  The overall earring length is approximately 1-3/4 inches.
